In the early morning hours of a Sunday in June 2024, the life of 17-year-old Nestor Vladimir Nunez Zelaya of Owings Mills was tragically cut short. The male teenager was discovered on Hammershire Road in Reisterstown, Maryland, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. According to his family, who remembered him as a young man full of life and kindness, his body was found unresponsive hours after the fatal shooting.
