On July 29, 2024, at approximately 12:12 a.m., Baltimore Police officers responded to a reported shooting in the 5200 block of Saint Charles Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered Carl Anthony, 34, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite prompt medical attention, Anthony was pronounced dead at the scene.
