Lhazmon McCain, 36, was a Black/African American man who was found shot to death in the early hours of January 20, 2023. Officers responded to reports of gunfire at a home in the 700 block of Northeast 32nd Street just before 2:30 a.m. and discovered McCain inside the residence, having been shot several times. Witnesses told investigators that an argument inside the house escalated, one person grabbed a gun, and shots were fired; McCain did not survive and was pronounced dead at the scene. Autho ...
