In the spring of 2023, the life of Andrew David Sump, a 28-year-old male, was violently cut short. On the evening of April 1st, a fatal encounter unfolded at the Whiskey Barrel Saloon in Oklahoma City, a country music bar that would become the scene of a tragic shooting.
