On June 26, 2023, a tragic incident unfolded in Muskogee, Oklahoma, resulting in the deaths of Jack Janway, age 69, his wife Terry Janway, age 68, and their 11-year-old grandson, Dalton Janway. The Muskogee Police Department received a 911 call just after 9 pm from a woman reporting a disturbance and mentioning someone with a gun before abruptly ending the call.
