In the quiet city of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, a young man’s life was abruptly ended one Friday night. Jorge Santos, a 23-year-old male, was fatally shot on September 22, 2023. The incident occurred just outside a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant situated near the intersection of 61st Street and Garnett Road. That evening, what began as a confrontation between Santos and a group of other individuals escalated into a fatal encounter, leaving him with a gunshot wound.
