Charles Ingram, a 48-year-old resident of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, tragically lost his life on Saturday, October 14, 2023, in a shooting incident. The event occurred in the backyard of a residence located at 1917 NW 36th Street in Oklahoma City. Ingram was not the only victim of this violent act; 40-year-old Andre Neal was also shot during the same incident.
