In the evening hours of Saturday, October 14, 2023, a violent encounter in an Oklahoma City backyard left two men fatally wounded. One of the victims was Charles Ingram, a 48-year-old Black male. The tranquility of the neighborhood at 1917 NW 36th Street was shattered by the sound of gunshots, prompting calls to the Oklahoma City Police Department.
