Eric Jean-Pierre, a 39-year-old resident of Delray Beach, Florida, was tragically murdered on November 27, 2008. His death was part of a series of violent crimes orchestrated by James Herard, a member of the "Bacc Street Crips" gang. Herard, along with fellow gang members Tharod Bell and Charles Faustin, was involved in a "body count" contest, where they aimed to kill as many people as possible to establish dominance within their gang.
