Khamis Shatara, a 21-year-old resident of Delray Beach, Florida, tragically lost his life on December 24, 2014. The incident occurred during a domestic dispute at his home, where he was fatally shot by his father, Shatara K. Shatara, an off-duty deputy with the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.
