Verlon Foster, a 29-year-old Black male, was tragically shot to death on March 14, 2019, in Delray Beach, Florida. His body was discovered outside a home on Northwest Seventh Avenue around 4 p.m. that day. Foster, who had been staying with his father in Palm Beach County, was found in the driveway of 231 NW 7th Avenue, having succumbed to injuries from the gunshot wounds.
