Jocelyn Fleurimond, a 53-year-old Black male, was tragically shot and killed on October 10, 2014, in Delray Beach, Florida. The incident occurred in the 900 block of Auburn Circle East, where Fleurimond was involved in a confrontation with two individuals, Brandon Small and Harry Dachoute.
