Ja’Quan Lutrell Walker, a 17-year-old African American teenager from Jacksonville, Florida, tragically passed away on August 8, 2019. Ja’Quan, affectionately known as “John-John,” was born on July 3, 2002, to Precious Walker and Johnny Lutrell Jones. He was a vibrant young man who loved basketball, video games, and rapping.
