In the small town of Frederick, Oklahoma, the life of 35-year-old Jake Omar Zuniga was tragically cut short on October 18, 2023. That morning, just after 11:00 a.m., Frederick police officers were dispatched to a residence near South 19th Street and East Dahlia Avenue following a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered Zuniga suffering from a gunshot wound. He was quickly transported to a local hospital, but he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
