On October 18, 2023, 35-year-old Jake Omar Zuniga was fatally shot at a residence near South 19th Street and East Dahlia Avenue in Frederick, Oklahoma. Responding to a call just after 11:00 a.m., Frederick police officers found Zuniga suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
