In the spring of 2024, a young man's life was tragically cut short in Lawton, Oklahoma. Donovan Jamal Moncree, a 23-year-old male, was found with multiple gunshot wounds on the evening of Tuesday, April 23rd. The fatal incident occurred in the parking lot of the Bel Air apartments, situated in the 600 block of Southwest Bishop Road on the city's south side. Lawton police were dispatched to the scene following a report of a shooting, where they discovered Moncree's body.
