In the early morning hours of July 17, 2024, the life of 38-year-old Reon D. Bell, a Black/African American male from Muskogee, Oklahoma, was tragically cut short. The incident unfolded around 1:30 a.m. in a neighborhood near the intersection of West Okmulgee Avenue and South Junction Street. Bell was discovered inside a vehicle in the 2000 block of Denver, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
