Justin Ruth, a 45-year-old resident of Oklahoma City, tragically lost his life on July 28, 2024, following a shooting incident that occurred on July 28, 2024. The Oklahoma City Police Department responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 8:25 PM in the 2100 block of S. Harvey Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found Ruth suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
