On the evening of July 28, 2024, in Oklahoma City, a violent altercation tragically cut short the life of 45-year-old Justin Ruth, a Caucasian male. The fatal incident occurred around 8:25 PM at 2101 S. Harvey Avenue. According to early investigations, Ruth was involved in a dispute with another man that escalated to gunfire.
