On February 22, 2023, 15-year-old Shadrach Hall-Turner was tragically shot and killed in Reardan, Washington. The incident occurred in a friend's basement, where Hall-Turner was hanging out with a group of peers. Lincoln County dispatchers received a call about the shooting at approximately 4:45 p.m., and law enforcement quickly responded to the scene.
