In the early hours of August 16, 2015, a burst of gunfire outside the Baltic Room nightclub on Capitol Hill in Seattle brought a tragic end to the life of 23-year-old Ramon Mitchell, a male also known by the nickname "Monie Ratt." The incident, which unfolded around 2 a.m., sent club-goers scrambling for cover and left Mitchell fatally wounded. Despite the presence of a large crowd, the chaos of the moment provided a shield for those responsible.
