Rudolph King III, a 23-year-old Army National Guard officer from Milton, Washington, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting on September 12, 2023, near the intersection of 20th Street in Fife, Washington. King was shot in the head while driving, causing him to crash his car. His family was on the phone with him when he was struck by the bullet and killed.
