On the evening of May 24, 2024, in Yakima, Washington, a domestic altercation escalated into a fatal shooting, claiming the life of 24-year-old Jordan Christopher Brock Sims. The incident occurred at a residence on Pleasant Avenue at approximately 6:14 PM, when police were alerted to gunfire.
