In the autumn of 2017, the life of a young man, a White / Caucasian 17-year-old male named Napoleon Prado, was tragically cut short on the streets of Yakima, Washington. On the evening of October 24th, an encounter turned deadly when Prado was shot multiple times. Reports indicate that a Chevrolet Impala approached him, and an individual exited the vehicle to speak with him before opening fire.
