In the early morning hours of August 28, 2024, a tragic event unfolded in Vancouver, Washington, leading to the death of 39-year-old Keomany Phetchitvathanalay. A female, Phetchitvathanalay was discovered deceased inside a tent located in a secluded area in the 3500 block of Northeast 66th Avenue. Vancouver Police officers were dispatched to the scene at approximately 4 a.m. near the intersection of state Highway 500 and Andresen Road.
