A 21 year old woman is found dead in a construction zone in a Washington park
On December 24, 1977, Terri L. Foster, a 21-year-old woman, was found deceased in David Douglas Park, located at 1100 N. Garrison Rd in Vancouver, Washington. At the time of her death, the park was under construction.

The manner of Terri Foster's death was determined to be homicide. Despite the passage of time, the case remains unsolved, and the Vancouver Police Department continues to seek information that could help in identifying the perpetrator.
