In the early morning hours of September 14, 2024, the life of 15-year-old Moses Tillman was tragically cut short on a street in Tacoma, Washington. The Black / African American male was fatally shot in the torso in what authorities have described as a gun transaction gone wrong. The incident unfolded shortly before 4 a.m. in the 1300 block of East 67th Street, where Tillman, accompanied by his cousin, had arranged to meet with two other teenagers.
