In the quiet hours of a Sunday evening in Tacoma, Washington, just six days before Christmas in 2021, the life of 14-year-old Thiy Conway was tragically cut short. A member of the Puyallup Tribe, Thiy, who was known to his friends as "Ty," was a boy described as having an outgoing personality and a smile that could light up a room. He attended the Chief Leschi School and was known for his love of life and charismatic spirit.
