The vehicle he was driving was a dark blue 2015 Dodge Dart with Oregon license plate 9X-8129 and a reflective tint. The alarm was raised when Sandoval, a dedicated father who had recently gained full custody of his ten-year-old son, failed to show up for work, an act his family described as highly uncharacteristic.
