Joseph Alexander Pollock, a 30-year-old resident of Chillicothe, Ohio, tragically lost his life on July 5, 2023. The incident occurred at 189 East 4th Street in Chillicothe, where police responded to reports of gunshots and a person on the ground at approximately 2:08 PM.
