Patrolman Phillip Adrian Steinbrook, aged 29, of the Chillicothe Police Department in Ohio, tragically died on July 24, 1979. Steinbrook, a Caucasian male, was accidentally shot and killed while cleaning his service weapon. He had served with the Chillicothe Police Department for six years and was survived by his wife, two sons, father, three sisters, and two brothers.
