On January 14, 1995, Timothy Sewards, a 32-year-old man, was found dead in Chillicothe, Ohio. His body was discovered by a passerby at approximately 10:25 a.m. in a vacant railroad yard located at the corner of Rose and Main Streets, about 50 feet from East Main Street. The investigation determined that Sewards had been shot twice in the head, and it was believed that he had died the night before.
