Thomas Edward "Ty" Lancaster, a 22-year-old male from Chillicothe, Ohio, tragically passed away on July 5, 2022, at 8:08 p.m. in the Adena Regional Medical Center. He was born on August 17, 1999, to Larry Miller and Lynn Lancaster. Ty Lancaster was known for his love of music, video games, and working on cars.
