On September 3, 2023, Mohamed Alusine Kandeh, aged 61, was found dead in his home in Delaware, Ohio. He was discovered alongside his wife, Bintu Kandeh, who was 60 years old. The couple was found by their daughter after she became concerned when they failed to meet her for lunch. Upon entering their home, she found them lying on the kitchen floor and immediately called the police. Both victims had suffered fatal gunshot wounds.
