Timothy Scottie Marcum, a 37-year-old man from Delaware, OH, was tragically found dead on June 28, 2021. His body was discovered by a kayaker floating in a plastic tote in Alum Creek State Park. The investigation revealed that Marcum's death was a homicide. Timothy Baldrick, a 44-year-old man from Columbus, was arrested and later found guilty of aggravated murder and other charges related to Marcum's death.
