In the early morning hours of Saturday, August 26, 2017, the life of Victor Tony Perez was cut short in Phoenix, Arizona. Just after midnight, Phoenix Police were called to the area of 4700 S. 36th Drive where they discovered Mr. Perez lying in the street next to his vehicle, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate response, the 39-year-old man succumbed to his injuries.
