Death by Force

On February 5, 2024, at approximately 1:15 AM, Columbus police officers were dispatched to the Noir Lounge, located in the 100 block of West Cherry Street in downtown Columbus, Ohio. Upon arrival, they discovered two men suffering from gunshot wounds near the entrance of the club. One of the victims was identified as 24-year-old Percell E. Scott III.
