James Nicholas Mulkey, a 39-year-old resident of Opa-locka, Florida, died on June 5, 2024, as a result of a shooting. The incident occurred at approximately 11:05 p.m. on York Street, between Northwest 26 and 24 avenues in the northwestern part of Miami-Dade County.
