Terrell Thomas, a 17-year-old from Opa-locka, Florida, tragically lost his life on October 8, 2017. The incident occurred around 3:10 p.m. in the 2300 Block of NW 140th Street. According to reports, the Miami-Dade Police Department responded to a call about gunfire in the area. Upon arrival, officers found several casings on the roadway but initially could not locate a victim.
