On August 13, 2024, 15-year-old Davion Stribling was fatally shot in a drive-by shooting in Toledo, Ohio. The incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. while Stribling and a group of friends were playing basketball outside on Clinton Street. According to police reports, a vehicle drove by and opened fire on the group, resulting in Stribling suffering a gunshot wound to the head.
