Ronald Thomas, an 18-year-old male from Toledo, OH, tragically lost his life on October 29, 2022. He was one of three individuals shot while sitting in a car on Elliott Avenue and Grand Avenue just before 4 a.m. Ronald was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other two victims were sent to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
