Arthur Osborne, a 58-year-old resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, was fatally shot on October 20, 2024, in an incident that occurred at an apartment on East Tower Drive. According to reports from the Cincinnati Police Department and court documents, Osborne was shot in the pelvic region by a 77-year-old woman named Kathleen Geiger. Emergency responders pronounced Osborne dead at the scene. Geiger was subsequently arrested and charged with reckless homicide.
