On a tragic Wednesday morning, January 4, 2023, the life of a 25-year-old Latina woman, Rachel Ruiz-Izquierdo, came to a violent end in Las Vegas. Just before 8 a.m., as she was arriving for her job in the 500 block of Pamalyn Avenue, she was confronted by her ex-boyfriend.
