On January 21, 2023, Michael James Robinson, a 40-year-old man, died by suicide in a public restroom on the casino floor of the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Clark County coroner's office confirmed that Robinson died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
