In the early morning hours of May 6, 2024, the life of 18-year-old Jazlynn Johnson, a transgender female, was tragically cut short in Las Vegas, Nevada. Johnson was discovered inside a car on East St. Louis Avenue, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head. Emergency medical personnel pronounced her dead at the scene.
