Surveillance footage showed Moses and eight individuals approaching the second-floor apartment at 1500 Nicollet Avenue, with Moses forcibly entering the unit. Gunfire ensued, during which Givens sustained fatal injuries. The complaint noted that Moses was seen holding firearms before and after the shooting, and multiple weapons were involved in the incident. If convicted, Moses faces up to 20 years in prison.
