On October 28, 2023, in Mankato, Minnesota, 27-year-old Buay Duer Juk was found with multiple gunshot wounds on Balcerzak Drive. Despite immediate medical attention and transport to a local hospital, he was pronounced dead. The Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office later confirmed his death as a homicide.
