Devon A. Johnson, a 23-year-old man from Minneapolis, tragically lost his life on March 14, 2024, in St. Paul's Dayton's Bluff neighborhood. The incident, which marked St. Paul's fourth homicide of the year, occurred around 11 p.m. near the 1300 block of Wilson Avenue.
