Benjamin Hezekiah Haggray, a 20-year-old man originally from Ludowici, Georgia, tragically lost his life in a mass shooting incident in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota, on September 21, 2024. The incident occurred shortly before 2 a.m. near the intersection of North 5th Street and Hennepin Avenue.
