On a Sunday morning in August, the life of 29-year-old Jonah Oswald, a male Fairway Police Officer, was irrevocably altered. The day began with Lenexa police responding to a report of a stolen vehicle. When officers located the car, the driver, later identified as 40-year-old Shannon Wayne Marshall of Ashland City, Tennessee, struck a patrol car and fled.
