Trevon Donzell Praylow Sr., a 35-year-old resident of Topeka, Kansas, was tragically killed in a shooting on October 20, 2023. Born on March 9, 1988, to Kenneth Riley Sr. and Telissa Brown, Trevon was a lifelong Topekan who embraced his faith early, being baptized at Shiloh Baptist Church at the age of nine. He pursued his education within the Washburn Rural School District.
