On January 4, 2023, a tragic incident occurred in New Orleans, Louisiana, involving the death of 15-year-old Terriek James. At shortly after 2:15 a.m., Terriek James was dropped off at University Medical Center in a private vehicle. The driver of the vehicle left the hospital immediately after dropping him off. Unfortunately, Terriek James succumbed to his injuries, which were caused by gunshot wounds, at the hospital.
