On March 2, 2023, a tragic incident occurred in the St. Claude neighborhood of New Orleans, Louisiana, resulting in the death of 14-year-old Octavius Wells. Octavius was a victim of gun violence, succumbing to his injuries after being shot.
The incident was reported by the New Orleans Police Department (NOPD), who found the young victim shot to death in the St. Claude area. The Orleans Parish Coroner's Office subsequently identified the victim as Octavius Wells.
